Legal

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FaithEJ Logistics & Enterprise's ("FaithEJ," "we," "us," or "our") website and delivery services. By booking a delivery or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

1. Our Services

FaithEJ provides parcel delivery, e-commerce delivery, business/corporate delivery, pay-on-delivery support, and stockist/dispatch services within Asaba and surrounding areas. Service availability may vary by location.

2. Booking a Delivery

Deliveries can be booked via WhatsApp, phone, or our website contact form. You're responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery addresses, contact details, and package information. We may decline or delay a booking if information provided is incomplete or inaccurate.

3. Prohibited Items

You agree not to send illegal items, weapons, hazardous or flammable materials, cash or high-value items without prior disclosure, or anything prohibited under Nigerian law. We reserve the right to refuse any package that violates this.

4. Pricing & Payment

Delivery pricing is based on distance, package type, and service level, and will be communicated to you before pickup. Pay-on-delivery orders are collected by our rider at the point of delivery on your behalf. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Delivery Timeframes

We aim to meet the pickup and delivery windows communicated to you, but timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, incorrect address information, or circumstances outside our control.

6. Liability

We take reasonable care with every package. However, our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the item at the time of booking, or a reasonable amount we determine in good faith where no value was declared. We're not liable for items sent in violation of Section 3, or for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel a booking before pickup by contacting us directly. Once a rider has been dispatched or a package has been picked up, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to a fee.

8. Business & Corporate Accounts

Vendors and businesses using FaithEJ as a standing delivery partner may be subject to additional terms agreed separately (e.g. scheduled pickup times, invoicing arrangements). Where separate terms exist, they take precedence over this section for that relationship.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delta State.
